3. Disclaimer

The materials on Lexivault Security Corp.'s Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Further, Lexivault Security Corp. does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Lexivault Security Corp. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Lexivault Security Corp.'s Services, even if Lexivault Security Corp. or a Lexivault Security Corp. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. In the event of data loss or unauthorized access, Lexivault Security Corp.'s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident, not to exceed the cost of re-providing the Services for one month.

14. Payment and Billing

If you purchase Services from Lexivault Security Corp., you agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur, plus any applicable taxes. Payment must be made by the payment methods accepted by us. 17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lexivault Security Corp., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any illegal activity conducted through your account.

18. Termination

Lexivault Security Corp. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete or retain your account information and data as permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
